About the Doctor ~ Dr. Stella Desyatnikova

Dr. Desyatnikova, or Dr. Stella, as many of her patients call her, specializes exclusively in facial plastic surgery and is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date facial rejuvenation to her patients. By focusing on the face, she is able to concentrate her knowledge and experience to achieve wonderful results for her patients. Her main interests are nasal surgery (cosmetic as well as functional and reconstructive rhinoplasty), and facial rejuvenation surgery, including facelifts, mini facelifts, and eyelid and brow lifts. Other procedures offered include cheek and chin implants, reconstruction of facial skin cancer defects, and minimally invasive procedures, such as Botox® Cosmetic and Restylane injections and laser rejuvenation treatments.

Her treatment goal is to enhance their patients' natural beauty, to achieve facial harmony and bring attention to each patient's best features. This individualized approach, warm, personal attention, friendly and caring staff, and her soft gentle touch have ensured that her patients are consistently delighted with their experience. Many patients are referred by their friends and family members - the highest compliment to the surgeon.

Dr. Desyatnikova received her Doctor of Medicine degree with Honors from the University of Washington. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, and further specialized, completing her Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Washington. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery, which is under the authority of American Board of Medical Specialties. She is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Her interests outside of medicine include traveling, dancing, symphony, opera, and ballet. She has lived in the Northwest for the past 12 years. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and her German Shepherd dog Troy.
