About the Staff
Dr. Desyatnikova, or Dr. Stella, as many of her patients call her, is a Seattle facial plastic surgeon who is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date facial rejuvenation to her patients. By focusing on the face, she is able to concentrate her knowledge and experience to achieve wonderful results for her patients. Her main interests are rhinoplasty (cosmetic as well as functional and reconstructive), and facial rejuvenation surgery, including facelift, mini facelift, eyelid surgery and brow lift. Other procedures offered include facial implants, reconstructive facial surgery, and minimally invasive procedures, such as BOTOX® Cosmetic and Restylane® injections and laser rejuvenation treatments.
Teresa Arnett
Teresa is our nurse injector and aesthetician. She received her RN degree from North Central Michigan College in 1987 and also graduated from The Euro Institute of Skin Care. She has undergone extensive advanced training in Seattle, California, and Arizona, and has over fifteen years experience in the Cosmetic surgery and the aesthetics field. Teresa is a talented injector of BOTOX®, Dysport®, and fillers for facial rejuvenation and enhancement. She also performs majority of the laser and peel procedures, and enjoys helping our patients regain the youthful glow by way of photofacials, peels, and guidance with medical grade skin care products. We know you will look and feel amazing under her care!
Emily Reichley
Emily Reichley is our Patient Care Coordinator and the Medical Assistant. She has her A.S. in pre-nursing, and is aspiring to get her nursing degree. She has been with us for many years and is a wealth of information as well as a source of support and comfort to the patients in their facial plastic surgery journey. She also assists Dr. Stella in surgery and procedures, ensuring that the patients are given the support and attention they need to make their experience gratifying and successful. From your initial consultation, to your post-procedural visits, she is here to make sure you are taken care of in every step of your personalized care.
Tanya Razi
Tanya is our Front Desk Coordinator. The moment you call or walk into The Stella Center, you will be pleasantly greeted by Tanya. She has years of customer service experience in the medical industry, and works very hard to meet all your expectations. Tanya is knowledgeable about all the aspects of facial plastic surgery and will be happy to answer any of your questions.
Jennifer Fisher
Jennifer is the medical assistant for the Stella Center. She has advanced clinical skills and will put you at ease with her kindness and attentiveness. She assists in taking care of our patients before, during and after surgery, as well as during all of your regular appointments. She enjoys working with patients and being part of a great team! She continues her education to pursue her career in nursing. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys running and volunteering her time at the Seattle Children's Hospital.
