Plastic surgery is a financial investment. We believe in fully informing our patients of their financial responsibility prior to scheduling any procedures. You will be given a detailed financial quote for any procedures you may be interested in at the time of your consultation visit. This quote is guaranteed for 6 months from the time it was given to you. For the surgery, it will include Surgical Fee, Facility Fee and Anesthesia Fee, as well as any implant fee that may apply. It includes all pre-operative care, surgical procedure, and all post-operative office visits related to this procedure.
Fees and Scheduling
The consultation fee is $50.00 and is due on the date of service. This fee will be credited towards a selected procedure.
Scheduling a surgical case will require a nonrefundable deposit of $500. This will be credited towards your surgery. Payment for surgery is due at the pre operative examination or 2 weeks prior to the operation, whichever comes first.
Collection Procedure
Pre-operative appointments are scheduled two weeks in advance of all procedures. Surgical fees are collected at the time of this appointment. Additional surgical facility fees and anesthesia fees may apply. These fees are based on the estimated duration for your procedure and will be collected by the appropriate facility administrators. The patient will be provided with the name and phone number of the financial representative of the hospital facility. We do our best to adhere to the estimated time, however, occasionally the surgeon might determine that additional refinements need to be performed in the best interests of the patients, or unexpected complications need to be treated. In this rare case the procedure may run overtime and additional fees for facility and anesthesia may apply and will be billed separately by these providers. The surgical fee will not be affected by additional time.
Occasionally, in the course of post-operative care, the surgeon and yourself may decide you will benefit from a revision procedure. In such case, there will be no additional surgical fee during the first 12 months after your operation. You will be responsible for facility and anesthesia fees for this procedure.
For all additional procedures, such as: Botox®, Restylane®, minor procedures, laser treatments, facial treatments the fee will be collected on the day the procedure is performed.

Insurance Billing
Some procedures may be covered by your insurance. Our facility is contracted with most insurance plans. Please inform us of your insurance plan when you contact us to schedule an appointment. If insurance is an option, it will be billed for consultation and all appointments thereafter considered medically necessary. You will be responsible for all fees determined to be a patient's responsibility by the provided insurance plan. We are contracted to uphold the determined charges by all insurance companies.
Financing Options
We have determined that offering convenient payment alternatives is another way to make cosmetic surgery accessible to those who otherwise would not have the option. We are contracted with Capitol One Cosmetic Fee Plan for financing purposes. You can apply online or over the phone. Please ask our staff for information in contacting Cosmetic Fee Plan if you are interested in this option.
Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy
The Stella Center requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Our office will charge $50.00 for missed appointments and late cancellations. You will be billed directly by our office.
