This young lady presented with heavy lower lid bags. Frequently, as in her case, they are genetic and become noticeable at the young age. The surgery to remove the bags can be performed inside the eyelid or on the outside with the incision very well hidden. She underwent lower blepharoplasty which really brightened her face.
