This young woman had a slight facial asymmetry which partially reflected in the shape of her nose, and she requested to have it corrected by rhinoplasty in Seattle.
Upon examination I noticed that she had a slight curvature to the midline of her face which caused the base of her nose to be tilted and made her nose a little crooked. She also had bulbous tip, flared nostrils, and hanging columella, meaning the small part between her nostrils.
To correct all of these issues, she underwent open rhinoplasty procedure. We straightened her nose and nasal dorsum, refined her tip, corrected her hanging columella and refined her nostrils and nasal shape overall.
She healed very fast and was extremely happy with the outcome of her surgery.
