This woman was concerned with the saggy appearance of her neck, and came to our facial plastic surgery practice in Seattle seeking neck rejuvenation options. Her neck had bothered her for many years and she was ready to have it surgically improved.
Upon examination, I noticed severe laxity of her neck and jawline. Her upper eyelids were also drooping, contributing to her aging appearance. I found that she was a good candidate for facelift in Seattle, as well as upper blepharoplasty. I suggested a small chin implant be placed to further improve her jawline.
I performed a face lift with small chin implant and upper blepharoplasty to rejuvenate her neck and tired appearance. The patient returned for a follow-up visit and was very pleased with her beautiful, natural-looking results.
