Fees, Financing & Insurance

Plastic surgery is a financial investment. We believe in fully informing our patients of their financial responsibility prior to scheduling any procedures. You will be given a detailed financial quote for any procedures you may be interested in at the time of your consultation visit. This quote is guaranteed for 6 months from the time it was given to you. For the surgery, it will include Surgical Fee, Facility Fee and Anesthesia Fee, as well as any implant fee that may apply. It includes all pre-operative care, surgical procedure, and all post-operative office visits related to this procedure.

Consultation Fee

Our Cosmetic Consultation fee is $50.00, and our Rhinoplasty Consultation fee is $75.00. Fees for consultations and services are due on the date of service.

Payment Procedure for Surgery

Scheduling a surgical procedure will require a nonrefundable deposit of $500. Full payment for surgery is due three weeks prior to the procedure date.

Pre-operative appointments are scheduled three weeks in advance of all procedures. All surgical fees are collected at the time of this appointment. Additional surgical facility fees and anesthesia fees may apply. These fees are based on the estimated duration for your procedure and will be collected by the appropriate facility administrators. The patient will be provided with the name and phone number of the financial representative of the hospital facility. We do our best to adhere to the estimated time, however, occasionally the surgeon might determine that additional refinements need to be performed in the best interests of the patients, or unexpected complications need to be treated. In this rare case the procedure may run overtime and additional fees for facility and anesthesia may apply and will be billed separately by these providers. The surgical fee will not be affected by additional time.

Occasionally, in the course of post-operative care, the surgeon and you may decide you will benefit from a revision procedure. In such case, you will be responsible for additional fees for this procedure.

Payment Procedure for Non-Surgical Treatments

For all non-surgical procedures, such as injectables, laser treatments, and facial treatments, the fee will be collected on the day the procedure is performed, prior to the procedure.

We do not accept personal checks.

Gift certificates are available, and do not expire.

Insurance Billing

We do not accept insurance plans at The Stella Center. We would be more than happy to provide you with all of your medical records and necessary billing documents if you would like to pursue insurance reimbursement privately.

Financing Options

We have determined that offering convenient payment alternatives is another way to make cosmetic surgery accessible to those who otherwise would not have the option. We are contracted with CareCredit® for financing purposes. You can apply online or over the phone (800-365-8295). Please ask our staff for information if you are interested in this option.

Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

The Stella Center requires a $150 deposit for appointments that are booked for longer than an hour. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, or you do not show up for your appointment, the fee is forfeited. For pre-paid appointments, $150 worth of credit will be deducted from your package. If the appointment is canceled with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit may be applied to a new date, or the patient may request a refund.

The Stella Center requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Our office will charge $150.00 for missed appointments and late cancellations. You will be billed directly by our office.
